I just replaced the backrest heater on one of mine. It was $99 from volvo - backrest only. I don't know that the one from IPD is a dual I'd check before I bought it, unless half the heat was OK for you. I have to say that the backrest portion of the pad they sell does not look like it covers as large an area.

If you do install one, make sure it does not get folded in the installation. The hole that was burned in mine appears to be caused where there was a fold in the pad and the wires may have kinked or the double heat led to a breakdown.
