Turbo Boost? 700 1989

i just pulled the joiner in the factory tube below the stearing wheel and t pieced a new guage in...mines mounted on top of the dash...

it may just be that your expecting more of a 'kick' than you get, my experince with the later garrett turbo is a smooth progressive push rather than a kick (used to have peugeot diesel that KICKED) this is more like the car just suddenly feels like it came 'alive' also be aware it doesnt happen immediately off the line...rather about 1-2 secs later...then she just kicks up her heels and goes...
