another what it's worth question 200

I am ready to sell my '87 245dl with almost exactly 200,000 miles (I thinkg it's like 200,4** or something like that). As many of you know I have wrestled with this thing since I bought it and have fixed everything that makes it unreliable. There are now a few cosmetic items left like paint and some upholstery work, and the AC (I will fix the heater control valve before selling). It's an NA car there WAS rust in the floor board now it's fiberglassed. The windshield was replaced a month ago. I replaced EVERY bushing under the car along with the steering rack, high pressure hoses in the steering system, and the shocks and struts. I replaced the wiring harness. I did an electric fan conversion. I swaped the drivers and passenger seats. I put in a tach. There's probably more I've done but I blanking right now. So, now I'd like to start advertising the thing here in Portland, on the brickboard classifieds, and on the IPD website but I need some expert advise as to what it's worth (kbb only gets me so far). I appreciate all your opinions. Thanks
