head rests 120-130

There is a pair of headrests for 122's for sale on E-bay.

It is claimed that they will fit on any 120 or 140 from '66 on, but I don't see how they could go on my 1966 122 - I can't feel any frame to which they might attached .. so I am skeptical.

Can anyone provide guidance on whether such head-rests could be installed on my '66 ?

My lovely wife's main concern with my car (other than fact that I spend way too much time/money on it) is that my head will snap off if the car gets rear-ended. So I am committed to finding seats with headrests. If those on E-Bay could be installed, then maybe I can by them for myself as a Christmas present to my wife ?!?!
