King Pins and Other Suspension fun. 444-544

Inserting the bushes is easy, remember they're handed though. Getting the king pin out initially can be a bit of a giggle. I have a drift welded up out of a few bits of scrap to do the job.

The only special tool needed is a reamer. You need an adjustable reamer with a guide. Ordinary reamers can only do one bush at a time and you won't ream them inline. The guided type nave a tapered guide that fits into the bush not being sized, an extension on the reamer engages into it lining the two bushes up. Here in the UK quite a few of the older tool hire places still have sets.
