Battery Drain? 200 1987

Let me understand this.
The battery is installed
The Alternator cable is disconnected
All the fuses (inside)the car are pulled
The battery is still draining.

Is this all true?
I know you said it is a new battery but are you sure it's not draining if it stood outside the car?
Did you pull the 25 amp fuse that is under the hood for the Fuel pump??

I'm not sure maybe someone else can help..Does the '87 have this fuse?
My guess is that the only place the battery can drain from is thru that 25 amp fuse..nothing else is hooked up.
Sorry, just trying to joggle the mind.
