Soup up a b18? 120-130

If you were to take an otherwise stock B18B and do the following:

-Replace SU's with a Weber DCOE (x2?)
-Install Isky cam and new lifters
-Do some mild head work (milling-how much?)
-Ditch points and condensor for aftermarket electronic ignition (which one?)
and
-Get rid of the grossly inefficient mechanical fan and rig up an electrical blower

what kind of power could you expect? Maybe 130bhp?

Also, would a stock US car (thinking 122, late '60s vintage) be more likely to have a B18B or B18D?

Thanks.
