Hard Downshifting 200 1985

Well, I got a problem. Recently, when I try to downshift into first while braking, it doesn't want to slide in like it used to (a few weeks ago). Now that it got down to 17 degrees last night, all day today after starting and allowing a brief period for the engine to warm up, I have problems downshifting into second while braking. Once the engine (and tranny) warms up, I can get into second fine. However first is still a problem. Once stopped, it slides right into first. Also double clutching does not help. Oh yeah, I have a B230F in a 1985 DL, 4 speed with overdrive. Any ideas?
