Slloooooooow power windows. 200

I posted as SmarfBlaster before. I was trying to figure out what my old screen name was here. ANyways, the advice you guys gave on cleaning the switches and power lock motors worked great! I used the Lectra-Motive stuff to clean them out, and a shot of a "multi-purpose silicon lubricant" to get them smooth. I figured the should get a grease of some sort, will this spray on silicon lube work ok? I also gave a small blast to all the lock linkages.

So next thing, the power windows. They go down ok, more or less, but are SOOOO slow coming up. Do I have to completely disaseble the regulator for those guys like I did the power locks, or is there a simpler adjustment?

Thanks!
