B20 Engine diferences? 120-130

How do you tell the differences in various types of B20's. Obviously the single/Double carbs. What about the FI versions, specifically the one with 120hp. Or what about the ID numbers, how do you break them down? Also what years/model cars can you find them in?/what types of engine per year/model? Which model is preferred for performance/Reliability/Modification? Any info is appreciated.
