B200FT instead of B200F?

In past Brickboard discussions, the general school of thought has been that it is just too much hassle to convert from NA to turbo. The differences simply run too deep into the car. You would probably be better off selling the car and buying a turbo. It might be that an easier road to more HP would be to drop in a B230F along with the required ECU or what ever is needed, but I don't know what country you are in and what the effect would be on your taxes, etc. Another option may be to go with a B204, but then again I don't know what's involved. Plus you would be going to an interference engine with a more complex valve train and timing belt system.

Good luck with whatever you decide to do.
