Re: B230F Head removal 700 1987

Cam cover is 10 mm. Intake is 13 mm (but on a B21, a couple of 12 mm are in there too, but I don't remember the B230 exactly). The exhaust should be 13 mm. On the ten 16 mm headbolts (and this is from memory, so I am only "pretty sure") I used a 12 pt. myself but a 6 would be better. You can buy the one socket once we confirm the size. The breaker bar is the crucial thing. Oh and loosen the head bolts in the correct order recommended in Bentley and the green manuals to avoid stressing the head. About an hour to pull the head, I recall.
