LH-injector change:just for professionnals? 200 89

Hi guys :(

I tried to change my non-working injector in my b230F...

1-I removed the gas lines (return and supply) from the injector track

2-I tried to remove the whole thing from the engine : impossible, the injectors were stuck in place.

3-I finally removed the track from the injectors (kinda difficult)

4-and I replaced my bad injector (the o-ring and the little nozzle were stuck in the engine, I had to use all my dexterity!)

5- the 4 injectors are in the engine, but I CAN'T PUT THE TRACK ON THEM!!!

(the o-rings seem too tight to enter in the track holes... is there a trick or what???

My car is dead in my garage for the night... anyone has a miraculous way to fix my problem???

It seemed to be so easy in the bentley manual.
