Get a stepladder and open the tail gate. Use the ladder to take the weight of the gate. Pull the rear corners of the headliner back and down to free them. You will then see the bolts (and a couple of screws as I recall) holding the hinges to the car roof. Have a helper steady the gate as you take the last bolts out.
