Yes I had a similiar problem with my turbo when I first bought it. It

took me six months of part time troubleshooting and learning about the car

to figure it out. On my car the Control Pressure Regulator was bad and

it had leaking injector seals. By mentioning the CPR I assume you are talking about a K-jet injected car. You also may have some vacuum leaks.

Make sure you check the little vacuum lines, too. Even though you think

the CPR is good I would ask how it was checked. I found out mine was bad

with a pressure test. It checked out just fine electrically. Mine was

clogged causing high pressure making the engine too lean to run right.
