I know my diatribes can be somewhat sharp and perhaps even a bit overstated, but malign my own 960 compadres when that dark side emerges from their euphoria? Never. I've only been unrelenting when some bricksters grossly overstate the facts, draw conclusions from a small sample or second-hand experience that steer others away from our beloved 960s.
Can I help it if all I have to complain about is my tires not giving me 60K??? I could tell you that I only get a year from my keyless remote entry, forcing me to purchase, at great expense, not 1, not 2, but four batteries at almost $3 a pop. But I know better than that, because like the golf gods that let no bad deed go unpunished, soon the darkness will stir deep inside the bowels of this black she-devil and I wil be left stranded on the side of the road. Oh, yes..44psi is the manufacture's max pressure as stated on the sidewall. I've always followed those recommendations, regardless of the tire, but just as soon as I get unhooked from my dialysis, I'll consider reducing them some....on my Potenzas.
p.s. Would peeing in the gas tank help reduce that unsavory engine ping upon start-up?
