I am indeed in the UK. As far as I know the aerials are still available here. They were commonly used on stuff like Rover P6.

I think here too the aerial was a dealer added item. They're awkward to get right. I personally don't like the scuttle mount aerial. The scuttle is a box section and mounting it tends to cause leaks. Fixing rotted out screens is not fun.

I guess in perio there must have been aerials available that were a good fit onto the fender, but nothing modern I've seen looks convincing.
