E code headlamps how to install 200 84

I managed to scrounge some e-code rectangular healamps, but they were in a pile of stuff in storage, so I don't know how they go in. Is there a trim ring that goes around the lamp that replaces the reflector under the current sealed beam setup. I think the trim rings are probably there as well but I don't know what I am looking for. Does anyone have a picture of what they look like installed? One of the lamps has a second bulb installed. Does anyone know what this are for?
