Re: CD PLAYER 900 92

William:

Check the caps key on you computer.

The "E02" code is telling you that something bad has happened inside your cd player. There is a possibility it can be fixed without going to the dealer.

Remove the CD magazine, if it is stuck in the changer, by carefully inserting a flat object such as a credit card between the top of the magazine and the CD changer. This should eject the magazine. Next reset the unit by cutting the power to it. Cut off power to the CD changer by unhooking the power wire. Hook the wire back up and then reinstall the magazine and see if it works.

If this does not reset the unit you will have to take it to a dealer. Usually, the "E02" code is an indication the CD changer's days are numbered and you might have to replace it soon. If your CD changer is the one that came with the car, It served you well and is time to retire it.

Hope this helps and good luck
