k-jet question/ warm up regulator 200 79

this is for all you CIS people out there who know what youre doing. ive been reading up on the workings of the k- jet system lately,, and am hearing it is next to impossible to work on. without the proper flow meters, etc. im thinking my warm up regulator is either clogged or just bad,, if i get a new one is it going to need calibration? the engine is currently undergoing a full rebuild soo compression, etc will all be prefect. any suggestions? or if anyone knows someone in PA who is good with it let me know. thanks - john
