New Chip 700 1990

A friend of mine has a Pontiac firebird with a 400 HP engine. He got special software for his laptop and connected it to the ECU of the car. Basicly, he used data from the ECU to fine tune the car and burn a new chip for the ECU. He says he can do the same for my 1990 760 turbo but that he would need the "files" to use with the software he has. Does anyone have any information on these "files"? Also: if anyone has an aftermarket chip for my car, I would buy it or even borrow/rent it to see how it works with my car. Any help is much appreciated! ddmga@yahoo.com
