Re: Brake pads 700 87

Well alan , when it comes to pads you get what you pay for. Although volvos are always prone to brake squeeks the Quality of the pads are important . I have worked on Volvos for sixteen years and the the only ones I recommend are metal masters[ by pbr]. They are full metalic pads and you dont get brake fade as they heat up. Also get rear shims for the pads to reduce sqeaks ,somtimes they come in the box if your lucky. I've tryed bendix ,Ate , ect. Only to be disapointed. Make sure the rotors get surfaced or replaced or this whole exercise was for nothing. Of coarse if all you want to do is make it stop , for next to nothing , you can run out to kragen and buy the shit. GOOD LUCK AARON NAPA
