Transmission oil change 200 82

Howdy,

Ive been running dexron in this tranny for several months now. The tranny was designed for type f. Im now going to flush the dexron and put in type f. Any comments are advise would be appreciated.

The tranny is a used unit, and when I had it installed the installer put in the dexron. I guess a lot of people are of the opinion that it doesnt make any difference. Im convinced that it should be type f. However, so far the transmission has performed with out any problem.

Now, while Ive got your attention I might as well throw in another couple of things (1)What size hose replaces the rack to injector hose on my 82.

(2)With everything in proper working order, how many times should the engine on my 90- 240 turn over before it starts?

Thanks guys and gals.
