electrical problem with speedometer 200 '87

Hey again, My speedometer is acting up, it works most of the time, but when I use the wipers or turn signals it drops to 0.I can get it to come back up if I bang the dash, but only if the directional or wiper switch is on.Pulled the instrument panel out but nothing looked loose.Also checked the rear axle(sensor location) and that looked O.K. too. What next?
