Will B-21 bolt into place of the Audi-Vo diesel 200 84

I am considering installing an B-21 carb edition gas engine in the place of my hard starting diesel.I would appreciate any. input on headaches involved.Will the B-21 crank bolt up so I can just switch engines and use the complete diesel drive train? The diesel is a nice 84 with the 4 plus overdrive, the donor b-21 is from a 75. I also could get my hands a 86 B-230 for couple hundred bucks, would the B-21 intake bolt up to the 230? Thanks for your help.
