Hey Mark,,come on guy, volvo's are made in Swede, its gets cold there..climate that drop fast can produce unwanted moisture in rotor caps and fuse arrays,,,clean all 240 fuses and apply electra-grease, and use good rotor caps (not the cheap black color ones) this will help cold start problems...good luck
