Still won't go!!!!!Help. 700 89

As I said Wednesday nite, my 740 non turbo won't go.It will start and idle for a few seconds, but will not go above 1500 rpms.

I replaced the FPR, but no improvement. Had it towed to mech and he says there is good fuel pressure and it's running for him. It has been in the garage all day, whereas it was at 15 degrees when it wouldn't run for me. I've also just done the fuel relay and intank pump, plugs and wires. He thinks it must be electrical.

I've read the FAQ, but am without a clue.

Any help?
