Re: no brake light on driver side only 140-160 75

Hey Bill!

On "Righteous", the 73 164 that bit the dust in San Simon, Arizona,

I had bad ground strips in the taillights and ended up replacing

them with wires soldered in. I believe yours has similar light

sections, probably made in France. They seemed to be prone to

a wide variety of contact problems.

Be sure and check with a meter while someone steps on the brake.

The right and left light wires probably are joined somewhere near

the taillights, so there should not be much tracing involved.
