all you had to do was read a post on DRL's from two weeks ago. To make a 900 series go to DRL, go to the volvo dealer and buy a light switch for a 1995 940 series (US model and probably canadian model). (the connector on your light switch should have a connection at about 8 o'clock that has two wires connected to it). Remove your old switch and put in the new switch - you will have DRL. (the 95 switch has an additional electic tab that creates the DRL.

I just went the opposite way and got rid of them.
