Re: Canadian:US Daytime Running Lamps 900 1992

Well, I finally punted, figuring my time was worth more than my cash, and bought an aftermarket DRL unit from Hamsar in, guess where, Canada. (www.hamsar.com) Cost about $100 and has a photocell to turn on all the lights at dusk. It also runs the headlights at reduced intensity during the day, which seems a better system than Volvo's "all the lights, all the time" system. Looks like it will wire into the back of the headlight switch with no too much grief, so when it warms up here in subtropical Iowa I will get to it.
