I don't get what you are asking. Do you want to dissassemble the stick or the shifter linkage? The stick comes apart easily, first remove the knob. Then remove the reverse detent ring, then drive the pin out from the bottom of the chrome piece and pull that off.

If you want to remove the lever from the transmission, you will have to go underneath and loosen the allen-screw from the bottom of the lever, then pull the large pin out. Then from inside, remove the circlip from the ball-area and out comes the lever.
