front bushing question? 200 85

I just finished installing complete front suspension on my 245 and I have a question about the final torquing of the bushings. I know they have to be tightened with the front end loaded, i.e. the weight on the front suspension. What I am wondering is if the vehicle has to be on the ground or is it alright to drive up onto ramps to achieve the required loading. Thanks in advance.

Dan
