Lumbar fix 700 92

My 92 745 has broken lumbar control knobs on both driver & pass side seats. The drivers side knob is still there but I can pull it straight out and see that the knob is attached to a big nylon screw, which in my case is sheared/snapped off about four to six inches down from the control knob. Pass side is missing altogether. Can I fix this?....How?....and: Is it worth it?

Thanks for any info.
