Suspension concerns 200 1984

Im new to Brickboard.Love it already. However Im a novice when it comes to repairs, but getting back into it reluctantly(golfer).Just bought a 244 '84 that was a "Cop car" in Texas from an enthusiast.Said he bought it because he thought it was maintained.Well it seems to be,runs well and no leaks. But I seem to be overreacting about front end noises.Just replaced the front end bushings, tie rod ends, rear springs(this car had the stiffest springs I have ever seen),and still getting clunking in front over bumps. Also had shop replace lower ball joints.Noises like these shouldnt bother me but I seem to want to rebuild(soup up?)my new found friend.Know about IPD but need front end advice,Knowledge,to know how to proceed. Also maybe some advice on Which nut torquings, novice remember,on A-arm bushings replaced are most important(no torque wrench).I may have overtorqued something up front. Also thinking about VX cam, sport springs,Shock/strut replace, and new beefier sways.

Great forum Guys.
