camber can be adjusted 700 1986

I understand there's a tech bulletin out somewhere, maybe Steve Seekins knows about it. He mentioned such a bulletin on his Cherry Turbo strut and bottom brace review.

Anyway, Scandinavian Import Service in Rockville MD was able to adjust camber on my 87 760T. They slotted the tower as I recall and redrilled the mounting hole for the strut. Camber spot on. I wish it had a little more negative camber but what the heck...205/55VR-15 Dunlop SP8000 tires wear evenly across the tread so I don't see a problem.
