Ben -- since you don't have a roofrack with a 244, I'd suspect it's your windshield. The outside "seal" isn't a seal at all, it's just a trim strip. After time, windshields seem to settle a bit and gaps open up; I've had this happen with both my '81 and '83. I've had to remount the windshield again, at which point on the '81 I decided to go with new glass and have it professionally done -- quite a difference having non-frosted glass. What you really need to do is crawl up under your dashboard with a flashlight during a heavy downpour, or have someone dowse you with a hose, so you can really see from where the drops are issuing. By the way, don't trust the IPD floor mat tubs to catch all the water. I've got them too, and when my mats have had water in them, I can count on some having seeped in down the side trim panels and under the carpet. You've *got* to get this dried up or your floorpans will start to rust. Volvo carpets make great sponges...
