No cat won't hurt the 02 sensor...it's ahead of the cat anyway.

If you remove the sensor the ecu defaults to a rich setting during cruise or idle...mileage suffers. So don't do it.

02 sensor is cut out at wot, anyway.

Why don't you remove your mudflaps since you're in Sweden? That's also illegal. That way you can throw stones at anyone following you as well as fart in their face with unburned hydrocarbons.
