So what's your point? Most people don't give away perfect cars. The one you have sounds as if it's been used by a family with a few kids. It's in horrible condition, yet the engine and tranny are smooth and the exterior is in great condition? What do you plan to buy as a used car? How much do you plan to spend? Here are some repair prices for your petty complaints:

headliner kit=$90

clean sunroof drains=$FREE

dash cover=$45 for fabric or $100 for plastic

seat covers=$190 for the front

I won't bother posting a souce for those parts, since you aren't interested. Does the car really have only 12,000 miles, or was that an error? What part of the country are you located in?
