Mecahnically, that is, flywheel, starter, motor mounts, yes.

BUT - the fuel injection and entire air intake system would require quite a bit of work. I have not done this myself, but am considering something similar, that being a "top half swap". I believe the later cylinder head and injection are superior, but the early bottom end is better by far than the b230's. SO I've got most of the same hurdles you do....

also try the turbobricks mesage board: there are a couple people who have done this that post there.
