Airbox valve questions 200 90

At approx. what temperature will the airbox valve go from the fully hot (heated air) to the fully cold position?

How long does the valve take to switch from one air source to the other?

I was wondering because I drove my 244 into a heated (60°) garage from outside (25°) to replace my airbox preheat hose. When I took the airbox apart to check the filter the valve was in the hot position. After a couple of hours when I got things put back together, the valve was SLOWLY closing to the cold position.

Also, what is the factory setting as far as induction air temperature?
