Unless it has been SERIOUSLY abused it is probably not toasted.

But in answer to your question, yes, yes, and not really.

The crankcase breather hose has to be one size larger but

everything else fits. The B20 block is distinguishable from

the B18 block by having a few more mounting bosses (for alternator,

etc) but the ones for the older things are also there. (Also by

having "B20" cast on the side of it instead of "B18")

Everything bolts up fine. You can plug the injector ports

on top of the head with 7/8" soft plugs. Some say they will

blow out but I have been running them on B20s and B30s for over

15 years and never had a problem with one. I'm still running the

Bosch generator in my 66 122 wagon and it works fine.
