Re: Run on 200 84

Don, thanks for your reply. I have done the test on the TP swt and have set the curb idle per "the Book".(Bentley) I have disabled the CIS motor and it will still "race" on down to idle. The one thing I may have failed to mention is that I replaced the thermostat and the engine is running at what I would think is the proper temp. (needle at 9:00) This, I belive, has been the source of the run on problem. I have tried to figure what curcuit that would be engaged at the higher temp, that may be out of spec. Other wise the engine is strong to 5 grand. One other twist, is that it seems to really "rip" when it has just gotten to the point where the temp has just started to get off bottom. I figure this can be due to addition of the cold start injector still in the loop. (run on starts at about 8:00 on guage)

Thanks, again, Lewis
