Heated seat clarification. 700 88

My car does not have electric seats. All the wiring to the heated seats were torn apart when my tranny fell out so I have a few questions about the wiring.

The passenger seat has two wires, one black and one white. I assume the black is ground.

The drivers side has THREE wires, one black (ground?), one white and one green. I assume that both white wires are power to the heater, so what is the green one?

What fuse should I install (amps)?

Thanks is advance, it's getting COLD.

Rene
