Run on 200 84

Hello, hope someone can help with a problem I have with my 84 Turbo wagon. Engine is a B21FT with CIS. The problem is, after the car reaches operating temp, the engine RPM is very slow to return to idle. When cold, there is no problem. This has became noticable since I rewired the left side harness and reconnected the sensors on the left side of the engine as well as reconnecting the wax thermostat.

Thanks for any advice I can get.
