Coolant in Trans Fluid with POWER LOSS 700 86

My 86 740T has coolant in the transmission fluid. The car has been experiencing a whinning noise coming from the front of the trans area when I try to accerlerate. The noise begins once the car is up to normal operating temperature. As the the noise gets louder I begin to experience a progressive power loss. It does have normal turbo boost otherwise. Finally the car will have no power and won't go in forward or reverse.

I can turn the car off for a brief period and it may drive somewhat OK. I recently put in a radiator, radiator hoses, trans cooler line, expansion tank, water pump, cam belt, vacuum hoses. Is it a bad radiator, trans. What kind of things would cause that on this model.
