Fuel Pressure Gauge 700 88

Has anyone built & used the fuel pressure gauge setup that is described in the FAQ or have another design they would share? On the one described in the FAQ, I cannot understand where the 2nd banjo fitting go (the one with the nylon spacer on it) goes. I can visualize the gauge being being tee'd into the fuel line between the line from the fuel pump and the fuel distribution rail using the banjo fitting, but I cannot visualize where the other end of the hose would go. Any pictures or descriptions that would help. I'd even buy one, but my local parts store doesn't have one that will work on a Volvo.
