I've done all the flame trap tricks, and oil seperator still excessive crankcase pressure 200 87

I've cleaned flame trap, hoses, small fitting in intake manifold (was plugged), checked fitting in front of throttle body. I also removed oil seperator and checked (not plugged). When I plug one hose on flame trap and blow into other I find I can blow through flame trap into crankcase but flow seems pretty restricted. Can hose inside of crankcase be plugged? When I do jiggle test it seems like crankcase has no vacumn at idle but does appear to have vacumn with a little throttle. At any rate still seeping oil out the filler cap on valve cover. Thanks in advance for all your suggestions.
