Many Thanks To Abe Crombie 700 1986

I replace the cone bushings on my 744Ti yesterday. I began disassembling it and lo and behold, the repair shop with which I previously delt had put two of the large washers on the back left side and none on the right back side. So I checked the BB and the 700/900 FAQ. Lots of info there but I was still a little confused. Luckily, Abe Crombie straightened me out and I was able to reassemble it properly.

I also found out one of the bolts which secures the radius rod to the chassis at the rear had it's bolt/torx head rounded. So my dad ran me around town so I could look for a suitable bolt. After an hour or so I was able to find an SAE US standard bolt which would work at a small hardware store. So with additional washers and a nut/bolt combo, I went home and it worked just fine. So I will be going back to the little hardware store more often now, instead of the mega box stores. I also went into one auto store where the counter staff would much rather talk to 'customers' on the phone than those infront of them.
