Where's the overdrive solenoid located? 200 89

Am trying to replace an overdrive solenoid on my '89 240 automatic, but can't find where it is located.

Can someone tell me where the OD solenoid is located (reference distance to other parts), how long it should take to replace, and what the major steps are in the process of doing the replacement?

It looks to be nothing more than remove the bolts, cleaning the area, attaching the solenoid and connecting the lead. What am I missing when it comes to doing this job, other than where the part is located?

Thanks in advance.
