BRAKE APPLICATION AT IDLE PROBLEMS 900 1994

Pulling into my parking spot today I noticed that pumping the brakes rapidly caused the idle speed to flucate and the boost guage needle to flucuate rapidly. The idle would quickly ramp up to 1K rpm and then drop down, sometimes almost to a stall.

My guess is there are problems with the brake booster. Does anyone have any guidance on troubleshooting/repair? I have already checked the FAQ.

Thanks,

Greg
